LITEBUILT® KIBLOK plates are evenly spaced in easy to dismantle the metal trays.

Use good quality – preferably water based – form release agent.
Assemble the mold, making sure that all the dividers are facing the same direction.
Make sure that the molds are placed on a level surface to prevent any distortion.

Casting the LITEBUILT® KIBLOK:
Pour the cement mix in all LITEBUILT® KIBLOK spaces.
Light vibration can be applied along the bottom ledge of the mold (or on a vibration table). Do not over vibrate, this may cause seperation.
Make sure the molds are not in left to cure in direct strong sunlight.

Removal of the LITEBUILT® KIBLOK from the mold:
Pull out the core tubes.
Remove all aluminum strips locking the side-walls.
Remove the side-walls.
Remove the LITEBUILT® KIBLOK, one by one.
